Unfortunately We are Closing Up Shop and No Longer Accepting Order.
It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closure of Snakku which has been dedicated to bringing you the best Japanese snacks from local stores across Japan.
While we are saddened that this chapter has come to a close, we would like to thank you for supporting us along the way.
When I started this business, we had a clear vision: to bring the best snacks from all across Japan to you. I’m proud to say that we achieved this goal and more.
We've been touched by the countless messages and photos we've received from everyone, showing how much you enjoyed your snacks and the memories you’ve made while snacking with loved ones.
Unfortunately, due to the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic, we have been forced to make the difficult decision to close our doors. This has been a tough time for many businesses, and we have not been immune to the challenges it has presented.
During the pandemic, many of the small local snack stores that we have been working with closed up shop. And the ongoing supply chain disruption and rising costs have definitely impacted not only us but the remaining local snack stores as well.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to all of our customers who have supported us over the years. Your enthusiasm for the snacks and our mission has been the driving force behind our success.
While this may be the end of one chapter, we look forward to the start of a new one. Please know that our love for sharing the best that Japan has to offer has not diminished. We are already working on new exciting projects so keep an eye out!
Here's a sneak peak 🌾
Once again, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for all of our amazing customers, and for the unforgettable memories we have shared together. We hope that the snacks you've enjoyed from us have brought you joy, comfort, and a taste of Japan.
We are excited to continue our journey, and we hope that you will join us as we embark on this new adventure.
With love and gratitude,
Shigeki & Snakku Team
